- Return Window: 30 days from delivery.
- Condition: Unworn, unwashed, tags attached, original packaging, proof of purchase.

- Damaged/Incorrect: Email within 7 days of delivery so we can replace or refund quickly.

- EU Customers: 14‑day cooling‑off period; items must meet the same condition standards above.

At Around the World in a Rush, we craft clothing for people who move fast but care deeply. If your order isn’t what you expected, we’ll guide you through a smooth return.
1) Return Window & Eligibility
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags attached.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging and include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
2) How to Start a Return
- Email colandpartners@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- Once approved, we’ll send a return authorization and, when eligible, a prepaid return label with instructions.
- Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days at colandpartners@gmail.com.
- We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund after review.
4) Non‑Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Sale/clearance items
- Personal care/hygiene items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
5) Exchanges
We don’t process direct exchanges. Please submit a return request for the original item, then place a new order for the desired size/style.
6) EU 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
- For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel/return within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
- Returned items must meet the same condition standards (unworn, unused, original packaging) and include proof of purchase.
7) Refunds & Timing
- After your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the outcome.
- If approved, a refund to your original payment method is initiated within 10 business days.
- Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
