Refund policy

At Around the World in a Rush, your satisfaction is important to us.
If something goes wrong with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for products that are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect item received

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged by customers
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Print-on-demand items made specifically for you (unless damaged)
Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase.
After processing, orders cannot be cancelled.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider
  3. Then email us if the issue continues

    Exchanges

    If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us and we will assist you.
